Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer

As Sr. ServiceNow Developer, you will help design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. You will provide architectural input and help maintain platform stability by ensuring appropriate design and development standards are followed. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting federal clients, specifically supporting our customer at the US Department of State.

What You'll Do

1. Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a State Department contract focused on cloud work.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Active Secret security clearance
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, including Service Catalog and custom applications
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting experience
• 3+ years of Service Portal Development experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience supporting multiple instances and domains for internal and external customers
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to advise teams on design, development, and best practices
• Experience in business analysis and requirement development
• Proficiency in scripting Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
• Experience facilitating rollout of applications and enhancements
• Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements

Additional Information

This position is open until filled. Salary ranges are indicative and part of our total compensation package, which may include bonuses and incentives based on performance.
