Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientist, Targeted Delivery Biology to join the Non-Viral Delivery Research team in Cambridge, MA. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in Life Sciences with required years of experience.
- Strong background in cell biology and quantitative assay development.
- Experience with receptor-mediated delivery and delivery technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and apply mechanistic assays to interrogate nanoparticle delivery across biological barriers.
- Identify receptors and targeting ligands to enable delivery to new cell types.
- Develop in vitro safety and biocompatibility assays for delivery systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate biology into platform design.
- Communicate findings clearly to teams and leadership; mentor junior scientists.
- Evaluate emerging delivery technologies to inform program decisions.
