Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies division is seeking an engineer to advance chemical processes, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products at competitive costs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design and implement projects to improve safety, quality, and productivity, and travel up to 40% to support manufacturing plants.

Qualifications

  • BS or higher degree in chemical engineering required.
  • 2–10 years experience in the chemical process industries preferred.
  • Work experience supporting chemical manufacturing required.
  • Ability to hold high level technology and project discussions with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask effectively so as to execute more than one project at the same time.

The salary rangefor this role is $115,000.00 and $150,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended to comply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
