Job summary

Arvato Direct Services Potsdam GmbH in Memphis, TN is seeking a Systems Analyst with SAP expertise to support the distribution center and lead testing activities. The role involves training staff, troubleshooting SAP-related issues, and coordinating IT-driven updates to maintain high system performance.

You will collaborate with the SAP team, analyze data, and monitor Jira to prioritize testing while ensuring risks are addressed and processes are continually improved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years advanced SAP experience.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.
• Flexibility is a must: overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse as needed.
• The ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
• Train team members on system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Lead day-to-day testing prioritization aligned with IT updates.
• Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system.
