Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Bigtincan is an AI-powered Sales Enablement Automation Platform that adapts to your sales process, delivering the right content for selling, training, and coaching at scale for all your teams and across all devices.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed sales quotas while adhering to Bigtincan standards and rules of engagement.
  2. Develop and enable existing partners such as Apple, Atea, CDW, among others.
  3. Prospect, create, and qualify new leads to build and maintain a pipeline that exceeds 3x the monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
  4. Communicate, demonstrate, and present Bigtincan products, solutions, and value propositions to prospects, customers, and partners.
  5. Accurately deliver forecasts to management.
  6. Secure signed paperwork from partners and customers according to company policies.
  7. Identify and sign regional partners to generate opportunities.
  8. Create and execute a business plan for your territory, updating quarterly.
  9. Build long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience selling software across multiple verticals.
  • Proven ability to grow relationships and build a substantial pipeline.
  • Self-starting, aggressive, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable with change and selling evolving products.
