What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive annual sales results for Energy Efficiency, Resiliency, and Sustainability-focused projects
- Proactively manage a designated sales territory to secure new business
- Establish and maintain a viable sales pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Facilitate in-person customer meetings to identify needs and challenges
- Lead project interviews, presentations, and stakeholder engagements at the senior level

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of consultative, solutions-based sales experience in relevant industries
- Successful track record of developing and managing a defined sales territory
- Proven ability to originate, negotiate, and close sales transactions
- Strong interpersonal and group presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience utilizing a CRM platform

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth understanding of building and mechanical infrastructure, technologies, and systems
- Sales experience in Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) or similar areas
- Experience managing sales cycles exceeding twelve (12) months
- Direct sales experience in the defined market territory
- Formalized sales training program completion
