Job summary

Averro is seeking a senior technical role focused on translating production needs into system concepts and layouts, leading solution development from customer engagement through proposal.

You will own technical content for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, coordinate engineering teams, and support site visits and design reviews. Up to 50% travel is expected, with a strong emphasis on robotics and automation expertise.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in robotics, automation, aerospace tooling, or capital equipment with proposals.
• SolidWorks required (CATIA a plus); strong documentation skills; U.S. Person (ITAR).
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or related.

Essential Qualifications

• SolidWorks required (CATIA a plus); strong documentation skills; business mindset; U.S. Person (ITAR).
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or related.

Bonus Qualifications

• Flex track, robotic drilling/fastening, or assembly automation; MS degree.
• Siemens TIA, Cognex, E-Plan, ISO/ANSI/RIA/CE standards, or PMP.
• French speaker; passport in hand.
