Job summary

Averro is seeking a high-impact leader to own the P&L for a product line in Everett, WA. You will drive bookings, EBITDA, and coordinate across sales, operations, and engineering.

The role requires strategic pricing, contract review, and negotiation with customers; 5+ years in aerospace and ITAR-eligible U.S. person expected. You will present annual plans to executives and collaborate with a veteran-owned staffing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 5+ years in aerospace with increasing responsibility; strong business acumen and numerical reasoning.
• ITAR-eligible U.S. Person; background and drug screen required.

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to travel 30-35% and be an ITAR-eligible U.S. Person; background and drug screen required

• Experience leading direct reports or cross-functional teams
