About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, high-performing Sales Representative to join our team. If you’re a proactive, consultative closer with experience selling high-value solutions, this is your chance to work with a breakthrough product in a booming industry.

You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and supporting our clients through the onboarding process. This role offers uncapped commission potential and the ability to work remotely with travel to industry-leading events across the country.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the full outbound sales process: prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, demo, and close
  • Identify, research, and engage decision-makers in our target verticals: holistic health, wellness centers, biohacking studios, fitness clubs, and more
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Google, and industry reports to build qualified lead lists
  • Craft personalized outreach sequences via email, phone, social, and video
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and education
  • Respond strategically to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records and pipeline updates in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Attend 6–8 premier industry events per year to support lead gen and client onboarding
  • Collaborate with onboarding and client support teams to ensure new client success
  • Track metrics and report activity and results to Sales Manager weekly

Who You Are

  • Top-of-funnel expert — confident in cold outreach, initiating conversations, and developing leads from scratch
  • 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally selling high-value health and fitness products or services ($17K+ per sale)
  • Proven history of self-sourced pipeline and consistent quota achievement
  • Highly skilled at identifying buyer personas, tailoring messaging, and building rapport
  • Confident and articulate on the phone, in video calls, and through written communication
  • Strong research habits — you know how to find the right companies, contacts, and entry points
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment with limited oversight
  • Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and the benefits of emerging tech
  • Bonus: experience selling into wellness, fitness, medical, or holistic practices
  • Willing and able to travel for events, client meetings, and training
  • On-Target Earnings: $200,000+ (uncapped commission)

Work Location & Schedule

  • Remote with travel (6–8 major events annually, plus territory support travel)
