Job summary

DRB Homes in Englewood, CO is seeking a Model Home Staffing Associate. Responsibilities

• Staffs model home office; weekends may be required.

• Provides information on community and surrounding area; assists with mortgage basics.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of model homes and grounds.

Provides general information to model home customers. The pay range for this position is from $20-$25/hr. Includes optional medical, dental, vision, disability, voluntary life and auxiliary plans. • Weekend work may be required.
• Staffs model home office.
• Answers telephone inquiries
• Responsible for generating appointments from walk-in customers, Realtors and telephone inquiries
• Greets customers
• Demonstrates model home; provides information on home features and benefits.
• Provides customers with general information relative to price ranges, specific models, options, mortgage rates and any other information as directed by Sales Consultant.
• Provide information regarding community and surrounding area.
• Inspect the grounds and models for maintenance problems
• Ensures cleanliness of model homes
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
