We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager II to join our CASE team. Your role will involve building long-term, value-based relationships with accounts, expanding business, and improving margins while reducing management time and costs.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance Univar's position within each account through consultative and in-depth selling at all levels.
  • Prospect for new business by conducting sales calls to grow the territory.
  • Focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and consulting to increase value to customers.
  • Maintain an updated view of your sales pipeline.
  • Set pricing and service levels, coordinate quotations, and provide necessary information to local branches.
  • Coordinate with Local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Demonstrate dedication to safety for yourself and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or chemical sales preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree (Technical Science, Chemistry preferred but not required).
  • Ability to nurture a broad network of contacts.
  • Demonstrated competitive drive and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills to ensure appropriate value realization.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Work Location

This is a home-based opportunity covering Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. Preference for candidates located in Denver.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is USD 90,770.00 - USD 113,460.00, influenced by experience, education, and location. The role includes incentive pay, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.
