Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales of our CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers) products in Ohio, Illinois, and select areas in the Northeast and Southeast regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the CASE industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.

Remote with travel. Travel mostly within Ohio & Illinois with some in NE & SE

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in assigned regions.
  2. Identify and target new business opportunities within the CASE market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
  4. Provide product expertise and technical support to customers.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market penetration.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay competitive.
  7. Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers) or related industries.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Ohio, Illinois, and Northeast/Southeast markets.
  3. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Key Hiring Criteria
  1. Strong background in business development, emphasizing new customer acquisition.
  2. Proven track record of generating net new revenue.
  3. Clear disclosure of non-compete agreements.
  4. Immediate availability is preferred.
  5. Locations Preferred: Northeast, Ohio/Chicago, West Coast, South/Southeast.
