Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of commercial real estate transactions
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, title objections, lease review, lien and UCC searches
• Prepare organizational documents and assist with entity formation
• Draft and manage closing checklists, critical dates, title documents, closing statements, affidavits, and authorizations
• Assemble and maintain closing binders and transaction files for local and national deals

Role Overview

This role supports complex commercial real estate transactions from contract through post-closing, with a strong focus on shopping centers and retail triple-net properties (restaurants, drugstores, banks, etc.). The ideal candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced transactional practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of commercial real estate transactions
