Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a premier downtown Miami firm. The role supports complex transactions from contract through post-closing, with a focus on shopping centers and retail triple-net properties.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CRE, is detail-oriented and proactive, and excels in client and team communication. Full-time with overtime as needed; competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and parking or Metrorail

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically with retail and triple-net properties.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment.
Clear communicator with strong client and team interaction skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys throughout all phases of commercial real estate transactions
Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, title objections, lease review, lien and UCC searches
Prepare organizational documents and assist with entity formation
Draft and manage closing checklists, critical dates, title documents, closing statements, affidavits, and authorizations
Assemble and maintain closing binders and transaction files for local and national deals
