Position Overview

Practice Fusion seeks a Sr Quality Engineering Manager passionate about creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients. This role involves individual contributions, process management, and people leadership.

Responsibilities

1. As a manager:
   • Set performance goals for team members
   • Provide regular feedback and address performance issues
   • Recognize high performers to motivate and retain talent
   • Implement development plans and coaching
   • Foster team spirit
   • Induct new joiners effectively
   • Allocate workload to maximize talent and growth
   • Lead quality initiatives and report on quality metrics
   • Participate in compliance and process improvement efforts
   • Manage Quality Engineering team members
2. As an individual contributor:
   • Develop automation using C# for REST web services
   • Use SQL for database verification and testing
   • Collaborate to improve testing frameworks and processes
   • Participate in Agile development, including test planning and execution
   • Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing; analyze defects
   • Work with teams to identify and resolve defects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Postgraduate qualifications and memberships preferred
• 10+ years in Quality Engineering, with experience in Agile, test automation, build/release, defect analysis
• 2+ years as a Quality Engineering Manager
