Responsibilities

• As a manager:
  • Set performance goals, provide feedback, recognize high performers, and implement development plans
  • Foster team spirit, onboard new members, and optimize workload distribution
  • Lead quality initiatives, report metrics, and ensure compliance
• As an individual contributor:
  • Develop automation in C# for REST web services
  • Use SQL for database verification and testing
  • Improve testing frameworks, participate in Agile development, and perform various testing activities
  • Collaborate on defect resolution and quality reporting
