Practice Fusion seeks a Sr Quality Engineering Manager passionate about creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients. The role involves individual contributions, process management, and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• As a manager:
• Set performance goals, provide feedback, recognize high performers, and develop team members
• Foster team spirit and onboard new members
• Manage workload distribution and lead quality initiatives
• Report on quality metrics and lead compliance and process improvement efforts
• As an individual contributor:
• Develop automation scripts in C# for REST web services
• Use SQL for testing and verification
• Collaborate to improve testing frameworks and methodologies
• Participate in Agile development, perform testing, and analyze defects

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Postgraduate qualifications and memberships are a plus

Experience

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering, including Agile, automation, build/release, and defect analysis
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills
