Overview

Practice Fusion is seeking a passionate Quality Engineering Manager dedicated to creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients. This role involves individual contributions (test development and execution), process and procedure management, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals for team members and provide regular feedback.
• Recognize high performers and implement development plans.
• Create team spirit and induct new joiners efficiently.
• Allocate workload to maximize talent and growth.
• Lead quality initiatives, audit progress, and report metrics.
• Manage the Quality Engineering team directly.
• Develop automation for REST web services using C# and SQL.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
• Participate in Agile product development, including requirements analysis and testing.
• Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing, and analyze defects.
• Coordinate with support teams to identify and resolve defects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile, test automation, build/release procedures, and defect analysis.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills in a Test Engineering context.
