Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Test Engineer (Dallas Remote).

Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Quality Test Engineer provides compliance and regulatory support to the design and development of components, products, equipment, and systems.

What a typical day looks like:

1. Within their field of expertise (e.g., EMC, Safety, Thermal), provide discipline-specific inputs to system architecture.
2. Ensure system compliance with budgets, standards, and regulations.
3. Review product designs to ensure Design for Compliance.
4. Oversee product verification and characterization.
5. Contribute to regulatory certification, standards compliance, product performance verification, and reliability testing.
6. Support the Quality Manager in preparation for and execution of audits.
7. Develop inspection procedures for final product, packing, protection quality checks, and safety assurance checks for the packout area.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a BS degree in a related field with some related experience or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 6 years of related experience.
• Previous experience with UL standards: 891, 1558, 857, 1008.

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote): Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate. $99,000.00 USD - $136,100.00 USD annually.
