Job summary

Vsolutions Technologies seeks a Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer to join our CCM team. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale customer communications using Quadient Inspire, focusing on production-grade, multi-channel outputs across PDFs, AFPs, and more.

You will work with IT and business stakeholders to meet accessibility, compliance, and security standards, and participate in SDLC activities, including reviews, testing and releases.

Qualifications

• Quadient Inspire Certification in Inspire Scalar
• 5+ years professional IT/software engineering experience
• 3+ years hands-on Quadient Inspire in a production enterprise environment
• Proven end-to-end document generation experience, not just templates
• Strong understanding of data-driven document composition
• Proficient in Groovy Script, Java Script, or Python
• Experience with enterprise SDLC, QA, and release processes

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform
• Build and support multi-channel customer communications (printed and digital documents, reports, system-generated outputs)
• Generate outputs in multiple formats (PDF, AFP)
• Ensure ADA accessibility and compliance for all customer communications
• Utilize Inspire Automation / Scalar and Content Manager; approve workflows
• Integrate Quadient Inspire with upstream/downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business/IT stakeholders to define requirements, channels, and compliance
• Troubleshoot production issues related to data, formatting, rendering, accessibility, and performance
• Ensure security, audit, regulatory, and quality standards for outputs
• Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews, testing, releases, and documentation

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer with a strong IT and software engineering background to join our Customer Communications Management (CCM) team. This role focuses on customer communication generation, not just document creation.

The candidate has deep, hands-on experience using the Quadient Inspire platform to generate and orchestrate multi-channel customer communications, including documents, emails, reports, and other outbound customer-facing outputs. This role supports high-volume, enterprise communications and requires experience delivering compliant, accessible, and production-grade outputs across multiple formats.

This is a senior engineering role, not a template-only or design-focused position.

Skills/Experience:

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform
• Build and support multi-channel customer communications, including:
  • Printed and digital documents
  • Reports and other system-generated outputs
  • Generate and support outputs in multiple industry-standard formats, including: PDF and AFP
• Ensure all customer communications meet ADA accessibility and compliance requirements
• Inspire Automation / Scalar
• Content Manager
• Approve Workflow
• Integrate Quadient Inspire with upstream and downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define communication requirements, delivery channels, and compliance needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data, formatting, rendering, accessibility, and performance
• Ensure customer communications comply with security, audit, regulatory, and quality standards
• Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews, testing, releases, and documentation

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Quadient Inspire Certifications in the following modules:
• Inspire Scalar
• 5+ years of professional IT or software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire experience in a production enterprise environment
• Proven experience building end-to-end document generation solutions, not just templates
• Strong understanding of data-driven document composition
• Solid programming experience in one or more of the following: Groovy Script, Java Script, Python.
• Experience working within enterprise IT environments with formal SDLC, QA, and release processes

Required Education

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered only if Quadient Inspire expertise is strong

Desired Skills:

Preferred / Strongly Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume, customer-facing communications
• Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services)
• Experience with API-based integrations (REST and SOAP)
• Experience ensuring accessibility and compliance of customer communications (ADA, WCAG)
• SQL skills with experience querying and validating data from relational databases
• Experience participating in platform modernization or SaaS/cloud migration initiatives
