Randstad, in partnership with our client, seeks a Sr. Project Specialist, Clinical Supplies in Cambridge, MA for a 6-month temporary contract starting October 26, 2026.

Pay rate up to $57.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. You will collaborate with Clinical Supply Project Managers, CROs, and vendors to keep clinical trials on track, bridging supply planning and execution to deliver high-quality clinical drug supplies to sites.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in clinical drug supply management or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with IRT, Cold Chain, and inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate packaging, labeling, and global distribution for clinical drug supplies.
  • Support IRT design, UAT, and system management.
  • Monitor vendor performance across packaging, procurement, and shipment (Cold Chain).
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure SOP compliance.
  • Assist with creation of pharmacy manuals and site training materials.

  • Pay Rate: Up to $57.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Key Focus: Clinical supply chain operations, vendor management, packaging, labeling, IRT management, and distribution
About the Role

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with Clinical Supply Project Managers, CROs, and key vendor partners to keep clinical trials running smoothly. You will be a crucial bridge between supply planning and operational execution, ensuring high-quality clinical drug supplies reach sites efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to coordinate logistics for clinical drug packaging, labeling, and global distribution.
  • Assist with IRT (Interactive Response Technology) requirement development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system management.
  • Monitor vendor performance across packaging, labeling, procurement, and shipment tracking (including Cold Chain).
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with third-party vendors, depots, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Support the creation of pharmacy manuals and investigational site training materials.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 2-4 years in clinical drug supply management, clinical supply chain, or hospital/pharmacy operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-based discipline preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite; prior experience with IRT design, Cold Chain logistics, and Clinical Supply Inventory Management systems is a strong plus.
  • Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong problem-solving skills and a knack for building positive vendor relationships.
