Job summary

Albano Systems, Inc. is seeking two program coordinators to support a multi-year transformation replacing investment platforms with BlackRock Aladdin through the Janus program. The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and attention to detail to connect activities across a large program.

Boston is preferred, with travel for events as needed. Ideal candidates will have experience in program management within investment management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver

Responsibilities

• Maintain and drive the integrated program plan in MS Project.
• Create and deliver program metrics and reporting.
• Manage weekly program status reports and RAIDD logs.
• Oversee action items, agendas, decks, pre-reads, and minutes.
• Document actions and decisions and manage change requests.

Project is replacing its investment platforms with BlackRock Aladdin through the Janus program, a multi-year transformation of the front, middle and back office. We are looking to bring on two program coordinators to help us deliver on this critical and complex program. Knowledge of investment management is a plus.

Boston is the preferred location. If located in Springfield or NYC, travel to Boston will be required as needed for program events.
