Job summary

Lancesoft, on behalf of its client, seeks program coordinators to support a multi-year transformation replacing investment platforms with BlackRock Aladdin via the Janus program. Boston is the preferred location, with travel to Boston from Springfield or NYC for events as needed.

You will maintain the integrated program plan in MS Project, create program metrics and reporting, and manage weekly status, RAIDD log, actions, and change requests. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, complex programs with strong ownership and communication.
• Ability to connect dots across a multi-year transformation program.
• Proactive, organized, collaborative with attention to detail.
• Proficient in maintaining program artifacts and governance documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain integrated program plan in MS Project.
• Create and deliver program metrics and reporting.
• Manage weekly program status reports.
• Manage and maintain RAIDD log and open actions.
• Execute quality reviews of published artifacts.
• Deliver agendas, deck shells, pre-reads, and meeting minutes.
• Document actions and decisions and manage change-request register.
• Own communication plan, distribution lists, and audience summaries.
• Manage program repository, onboarding/offboarding tasks, tool access, and PM playbook.

Our client is replacing its investment platforms with BlackRock Aladdin through the Janus program, a multi-year transformation of the front, middle and back office. We are looking to bring on program coordinators to help us deliver on this critical and complex program. Knowledge of investment management is a plus. Boston is the preferred location. If located in Springfield or NYC, travel to Boston will be required as needed for program events.
