Job summary

Jobot in Texas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale civil infrastructure programs with significant self-perform work.

You will own major projects from early phases through execution, lead PMs and field teams, and interact directly with owners, engineers, and leadership to drive strategic solutions and performance. This role emphasizes leadership and careful decision-making in a field-oriented, office-based setting.

• Backgrounds That Translate Well: Heavy civil, pipeline, plant, or infrastructure construction.
• Experience on large-dollar projects where planning and leadership matter.
• Candidates from pipeline, plant, heavy highway, or complex civil environments are all considered.
• Technical gaps can be taught - judgment, leadership, and communication cannot.

The Work

• Large-scale, multi-scope, civil infrastructure projects
• High percentage of self-performed work
• Long-duration, technically complex projects (not short-cycle maintenance)
• Senior PMs are primarily office-based in a field environment, focused on leadership, execution, and decision-making
