Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for our heavy civil construction client with 75+ years of experience delivering road and site work. You will manage civil construction, paving, and grading projects using HCSS Heavy Job to estimate, cost, and schedule across multiple sites.

Lead projects from inception to completion, coordinate with architects and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, monitor budgets, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on Civil Construction, land development, paving, and grading.
  • Proven experience in project management and construction management.
  • Proficiency in using HCSS Heavy Job software.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various project stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
