Job summary

The Senior Project Manager at KBI Biopharma, Inc. will report to the Site Head of the CMF in North Carolina and oversee the GxP project portfolio.

The role includes tracking progress, providing PM leadership, and driving efficiencies through standardization and training of best PM practices. Responsibilities cover managing major facility projects, technology transfers, ops readiness, and collaboration with OpEx and site leaders to ensure governance and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 10+ years’ experience including 4 years project management.
• 4 years GxP operations (MSAT, Mfg., or Eng).
• 2 years biomanufacturing.
• 2 years in supervisory role with direct report(s).
• Tech Transfer, NPI, Ops Readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, track, and ensure proper management of all major projects. Provide direct PM leadership or assistance for specific projects as required.
• Collaborate with OpEx and site leaders in effective Project Portfolio Governance.
• Improve PM capability of the site through coaching, training, and standardization of best PM practices.
