Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Global Supply Chain Material Planning Manager to lead end-to-end material readiness for multiple projects across global facilities.

The role involves client-facing Joint Steering Committee participation and stewardship of material readiness to enable on-time GxP production. Responsibilities include expediting materials when needed, coordinating with Procurement and MRP outputs, and providing weekly KPI reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with SAP and materials planning processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end material readiness for projects to enable timely GxP production.
• Participate in Joint Steering Committees and present material readiness updates.
• Decide on expediting materials and coordinate with Procurement and MRP outputs.
• Provide inputs to clients on material readiness and track KPIs weekly.
• Collaborate across Tech Transfers, FIH, Resupply and Commercial production.
• Submit PRs and ensure timely placement with vendors' portfolio.
