Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead cross-functional projects within the Biologics program. You will drive scope, budgets, timelines, and governance across Manufacturing, Quality, Site Engineering, IT, and Finance, delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.

The role reports to the Associate Director of the PMO and requires PMP certification, strong communication, and a proven track record in GxP biopharmaceutical environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management in a GxP Biopharmaceutical environment
• Understanding of GMP and FDA regulatory requirements
• PMP certification
• Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus
• Lean and Continuous Improvement experience with measurable impact
• Strong MS Office and PM tools proficiency

Responsibilities

• Understand business strategy and align projects to site goals
• Identify technical solutions with process owners and suppliers
• Lead governance meetings and document actions/decisions
• Manage multiple projects in parallel across workstreams
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, budget, timeline
• Create WBS, project plans, and Agile sprint plans
• Manage WBS in PM tools like OnePlan or MS-Project
• Facilitate resource planning and risk analyses
• Develop critical path analyses and mitigation plans
• Monitor project performance and ensure on-time delivery
• Escalate issues to PMO leadership as needed
• Prepare business cases and status updates for leadership
• Lead large cross-functional projects independently
• Evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement
• Be the primary contact for project communications
