Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Program Management Leader to manage a small team and act as the primary client account and relationship manager for the PMO.

You will drive business delivery with exemplary service while mentoring others and ensuring projects run on time, within scope and budget. The role requires PMP certification, a science-related bachelor's degree, and extensive experience in project and client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline.
• PMP certification (current or planned).
• Minimum 5 years industry experience with project management.
• Line management experience is an advantage.
• English proficiency with strong written and oral skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet commitments.
• Familiarity with GMP.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and account management for assigned portfolios.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Develop and update project plans; communicate status and risks.
• Facilitate client meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, budget and quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service.
• Support PMO with strategy and process improvements.
