Job Overview

The Sr. Project Manager oversees project management, leadership, profitability, and client relations for a design team. Responsibilities include project execution, financial management, staff supervision, and business development. The role also involves community engagement and staff mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development plan design, stormwater, water, and sewer design, and erosion control projects.
• Lead and coordinate team assignments, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide strategic vision and guidance in project management.
• Drive business growth and develop client relationships.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory permitting compliance.
• Support staff and client problem-solving, and prepare land use presentations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Mentor staff and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of civil site engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology and hydraulic software, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
