The Project Manager will oversee project management, leadership, profitability, and client relations for a design team, including responsibilities such as project management, financial oversight, staff supervision, and technical proposal preparation.

The role involves maintaining leadership presence in our operational regions through civic, professional, and business organization involvement. It also includes mentoring staff and developing leadership within the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage projects in Land Development Plan Design, Stormwater Management, Water and Sanitary Sewer Design, and Erosion and Sedimentation Control.
2. Balance team workloads and manage deadlines.
3. Provide strategic guidance in Project Management.
4. Drive business growth and development.
5. Ensure quality control and regulatory permitting.
6. Assist staff and clients with technical issues.
7. Prepare presentations for land use boards and agencies.
8. Build and maintain client relationships, promote strategic alliances, and prepare proposals.
9. Lead project delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
10. Manage project finances, including accounts receivable.
11. Mentor staff and support their development.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of Civil Site Engineering experience.
• PE registration is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
• Knowledge of planning, zoning, stormwater design, and regulatory processes.
• Construction oversight experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
