STV Construction Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager to join our PMCM group in the Tacoma, WA area. You will oversee capital programs and act as the owner’s representative, guiding design teams and contractors through all project phases from budgeting to close-out.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management and 10+ years of large-scale capital project experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Project and SharePoint.

STV is looking for a Project Manager that has experience working on public works, corrections/prisons/jails, or courthouses. The selected candidate will take on a role within our division, overseeing Capital Program Management and Owner's Representative tasks. This individual will act on behalf of the owner and associated stakeholder groups, becoming a key member of a high-performing team that leads the execution of projects and programs. The Project Manager will safeguard the owner's interests in overseeing design experts and contractors who are building prominent capital projects. In this capacity, the Project Manager will collaborate with senior management to steer the project team through all stages of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move management planning, and close-out services. Compensation Range: $143,435.23 - $163,925.98
