Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead complex retail financial services projects, focusing on renovations, new builds, and infrastructure upgrades. This remote role is US-based.

You will partner with designers, architects, and cross-functional teams to align scope, budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements while managing risk, quality, and safe execution across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• LEED AP certification advantageous.
• 7-10 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services or retail banking projects.
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $1M-$25M+.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including ADA, National Codes, and federal regulations.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will guide complex project delivery for retail financial services environments, with a strong focus on renovations, new builds, and infrastructure upgrades. You will partner with designers, architects, and other cross-functional stakeholders to keep work aligned with scope, budget, schedule, and compliance requirements. The position also plays a key role in managing risk, maintaining quality, and supporting safe execution across every phase of the project lifecycle.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,590 – $201,740 annually
