We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to serve and exceed our clients’ business and marketing objectives, as well as elevate our project management function.

This role goes beyond timelines and task management. It’s about orchestrating multi‑channel campaigns, driving internal alignment, building scalable processes, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience across clients and internal teams. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner to Account Managers and a mentor to junior PMs—helping to drive clarity, collaboration, and exceptional execution.

Who are you?

You’re a seasoned project manager who thrives in fast-moving environments. You can juggle multiple workstreams without breaking a sweat, and you’re constantly finding ways to improve how things are done. You’re both a doer and a leader—able to execute with precision, guide others, and zoom out to see the big picture. You value clear communication, proactive planning, and know how to navigate the balance between process and agility. You also care, play nice with others and are a good human being.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Managers to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and digital projects
• Provide out-of-office coverage for AMs, and run client meetings if needed
• Own project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with client goals
• Work alongside Account Managers to turn client objectives into actionable plans and timelines
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—designers, developers, copywriters, and strategists—to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery
• Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, and problem‑solve proactively
• Facilitate team communication by leading internal kickoffs, reviews, and wrap‑ups
• Collaborate with the PM Team Lead to mentor Junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators
• Contribute to improving internal project management processes, tools, and templates
• Help forecast resourcing needs and improve team efficiency and throughput

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management in a marketing agency, digital studio, or fast-paced client-facing environment
• Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns, website projects, or cross-functional initiatives
• Well-versed in Asana, Wrike, Notion, Monday.com, Toggl or other time/project management tools
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Deep understanding of creative and development workflows, from ideation through execution
• Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—both internal and external
• Experience mentoring other project managers or coordinators
• A strategic mindset—you can see how today’s decisions impact tomorrow’s outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
