PracticeTek is seeking a Sr. Marketing Project Manager to own the planning and execution of critical marketing initiatives across brands. You will partner with product and performance marketing teams to align with business objectives and ensure on-time delivery within scope.
This role requires strong organization, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and excellent stakeholder management. Remote or hybrid in San Diego with a 3-day in-office schedule.

As the Sr. Marketing Project Manager, you will own the project management of critical marketing initiatives, campaigns and creative across multiple brands within our portfolio. Partner with product and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, manage planning, and deliver on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple brands to drive alignment and adoption.
The Sr. Marketing Project Manager is expected to identify gaps proactively, ask strategic questions before work begins, and build and improve processes. The Sr. Marketing Project Manager will also occasionally handle ad hoc tasks related to Hubspot, website editing, landing page creation, etc.
The position is remote or based in San Diego, CA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office).
At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between $95,000-$100,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
