Qualifications

Metric DCX is currently partnered with a nationally recognized top general contractor that has built a strong reputation delivering complex mission critical, commercial, and industrial projects across the U.S. The company continues to expand its hyperscale data center division and has a strong long-term project pipeline.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and lead large-scale data center projects in Texas from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in overall project delivery, client management, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage hyperscale data center construction projects through all phases of delivery
• Assist in managing project financials, schedules, contracts, and change orders
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and support field execution
• Work closely with Superintendents, Project Executives, and internal teams to drive project success
• Help ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Data center or mission critical construction experience preferred
• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
• Understanding of MEP-intensive construction environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills
