Lead Impactful Solutions as our Senior Project Manager

Join our team to spearhead transformative power generation and grid stability projects that are shaping the future of energy and cutting‑edge technology in medium/high voltage motors and drives systems. As our Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex, high‑impact initiatives from inception to successful delivery.

In this role, you'll maintain and develop strategic client partnerships while ensuring exceptional project outcomes that advance both customer satisfaction and our company's market position. Your expertise will directly influence critical infrastructure development, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the energy landscape.

This senior position offers the perfect blend of technical leadership, client relationship management, and strategic business impact—ideal for experienced project managers looking to elevate their career while working on projects that matter.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary customer liaison throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct handover with sales team, lead kickoff meetings, and maintain comprehensive project plans
  • Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria aligned with contractual requirements
  • Manage project scope, process change orders, and ensure proper approvals
Resource & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with and manage manufacturing partners, cross‑functional teams, subcontractors, subconsultants, and vendors to meet delivery commitments
  • Keep leadership informed of project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Conduct site visits with customers and vendors as needed
  • Perform regular progress and financial reviews
  • Ensure timely revenue recognition and milestone payment processing
  • Safeguard the company's commercial and contractual interests
  • Manage logistics coordination and shipping requirements
  • Other duties may be assigned by management to meet business needs.
Knowledge & Skills
Technical Expertise
  • Strong understanding of electrical industrial systems, power electronics, and rotating machines integration
  • Proficiency with industry standards including NEMA, IEC, IEEE, and UL certifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SAP experience strongly preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise
Leadership & Communication
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities across customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to create professional documentation independently
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation expertise in technical project environments
Strategic Thinking
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks while capitalizing on opportunities
  • Experience optimizing project processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple complex technical projects simultaneously, consistently meeting schedule and budget requirements.
Experience/Education
  • Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline preferred.
  • PMP certification is desired.
