Job summary

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conception to completion, including scheduling, coordination, and task assignment.
• Develop timelines and manage project risks.
• Coordinate project teams to scope and resolve issues.
• Review progress and adjust priorities.
• Prepare and communicate project status reports on milestones, deliverables, considerations, and risks.
• Maintain and archive project documentation.
• Reassess and lead teams through changes in project direction.
• Resolve impediments, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide continuous feedback during daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate vendor and team meetings to resolve project issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Foster a trusting, collaborative work environment.
• Monitor team health and project needs proactively.

Role Overview
