Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise technology initiative in a hybrid Utah setting. You will coordinate 17 interconnected workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery aligns with business and technical goals.

You will drive governance, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee program-level execution in a Waterfall environment, coordinating with multiple project managers and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate at program level and drive execution.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating dependencies across teams.
• Previous team lead or people leadership experience.
• Strong Waterfall project management experience.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and discuss with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project roadmap, schedule, status reporting, and documentation.
• Identify, track, and manage dependencies across workstreams and teams.
• Coordinate with other project managers responsible for individual workstreams.
• Provide visibility into project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Facilitate project meetings with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Ensure effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and resolve or elevate issues as needed.
• Coordinate project resources and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Translate technical discussions into understandable information for stakeholders and leadership.
• Review technical architecture and understand system interactions, APIs, and integrations.
• Maintain focus on project execution, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Provide leadership across multiple teams without direct authority over all resources.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Experience coordinating dependencies across multiple teams or projects
• Previous experience as a team lead, supervisor, manager, or people leader
• Strong Waterfall project management experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage meetings, reporting, documentation, and executive communication
• Ability to understand technical concepts and participate in technical discussions
• Working knowledge of APIs, systems integrations, enterprise applications, technical architecture, application dependencies, and reading architecture diagrams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate independently while coordinating stakeholders and workstreams
