Job summary

People & Places PMO & Business Operations is seeking a Sr Program/Project Manager to drive initiatives from planning through closure. Remote work with PST hours, coordination across business and functional teams, and strict governance will be key.

You will deliver outcomes aligned to leadership direction, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and report progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, with cross-functional project coordination and PM governance expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Typically five or more years of related experience, including at least three years coordinating or managing cross-functional projects or programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering moderately complex initiatives within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Working knowledge of project management methods, governance practices, and tools, with the judgment to tailor them to the work.
• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

• Support stakeholder communications, readiness, and adoption activities to help ensure successful implementation.
