• Manage project-level scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change—ensuring execution stays aligned to defined expectations.
• Coordinate day-to-day work across business and functional teams to confirm roles, drive decisions, and keep delivery on track.
• Provide timely, accurate status reporting and maintain project data in line with PMO standards and governance rhythms.
• Support stakeholder communications, readiness, and adoption activities to help ensure successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined program execution, and clear decision-ready communication which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $52.69

What's the Job?

Deliver approved People & Places initiatives from planning through closure, translating leadership direction into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Manage project-level scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change—ensuring execution stays aligned to defined expectations.

Coordinate day-to-day work across business and functional teams to confirm roles, drive decisions, and keep delivery on track.

Provide timely, accurate status reporting and maintain project data in line with PMO standards and governance rhythms.

Support stakeholder communications, readiness, and adoption activities to help ensure successful implementation.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.

Typically five or more years of related experience, including at least three years coordinating or managing cross-functional projects or programs.

Demonstrated experience delivering moderately complex initiatives within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Working knowledge of project management methods, governance practices, and tools, with the judgment to tailor them to the work.

CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
