Ladders is seeking a Sr. Program Manager - TRACK to guide early career programs across the organization. This role partners with leaders to shape internship and co-op experiences, driving consistency and process improvements on a remote, US-based schedule.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in program management and a data-driven mindset to translate complex needs into actionable solutions, with strong stakeholder management at the executive level.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 6+ years PM experience across multiple workstreams.
• 6+ years working with early career, co-op, college, or university programs.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience engaging with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Program Manager - TRACK to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

In this role, you will lead strategic and operational initiatives that shape the experience for early career talent across the organization. You will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive consistency, improve processes, and deliver a more effective internship and co-op program. This position also requires a data-driven approach to decision-making, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to turn complex business needs into actionable program solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,600 - $163,400 annually
