Job summary

Florida’s Natural is seeking a Senior Production Planner to align manufacturing capacity with customer demand and financial targets. You will develop and maintain integrated production plans, build schedules, and partner with procurement, operations, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and optimal material availability.

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, 3+ years in production planning, advanced Excel, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and strong analytical and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply/Production Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools to drive planning efficiency, reporting, and analysis.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated production plans that balance demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
• Partner with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Build and maintain detailed production schedules (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Create and maintain Supply Delivery orders to meet production schedule.
• Establish production sequencing and resource allocation across manufacturing lines.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Maintenance to ensure alignment on production priorities.
• Communicate risks, trade-offs, and plan changes to key stakeholders.
• Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, and key operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

As Senior Production Planner at Florida’s Natural, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing production plans to align our manufacturing capabilities with customer demand, inventory targets and financial objectives. This individual will establish cross functional partnerships to optimize capacity utilization, ensure material availability and drive efficient on-time production while minimizing cost and inventory risk.

What we’re looking for:

• Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain functions, including production, procurement, customer service, and financial impacts.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Resilient self-starter who thrives in an environment that is face-paced and is able to adapt to changing environments/situations
