Join the Team at Florida’s Natural Growers – Now Hiring: Production Supervisor!
Summary

At Florida’s Natural Growers, we don’t just make beverages—we craft refreshment, celebrate flavor, and power moments of connection. Whether it’s sparkling water, functional drinks, or bold-flavored citrus beverages, our production floor is where innovation meets precision.

We’re searching for a Production Supervisor who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with confidence, and ensures that every can, bottle, or batch reflects our commitment to excellence. If you’re ready to lead a high-performing team and keep operations flowing —this is your moment.

The production supervisor oversees and coordinates all activities related to the operations department within the Supply Chain. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient processes, maintaining quality standards, managing personnel, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

What you'll Do:
  • Lead the Crew: Supervise and motivate a team of production operators, technicians, and material handlers to meet nightly production goals.
  • Execute the Plan: Manage shift schedules, machine uptime, and production workflows to ensure efficient and timely output.
  • Safety First: Champion a safety-first culture. Conduct safety talks, enforce procedures, and lead by example.
    • Adhere to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and forklift safety procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with stock counts and seasonal projects.
    • Regular attendance is required.

Active participation and support of the plant safety program is required.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food/beverage experience is a plus)
  • An Associate’s Degree in a relative field with preference given to Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years + experience in lieu of the degree requirement.
  • A hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Working knowledge of safety standards (OSHA), GMPs, HACCP, and lean principles
  • Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work holidays or weekends if needed (it’s peak season — citrus doesn’t sleep!)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures (hot or cold), dust, noise, and occasional fumes, depending on the manufacturing setting.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection may be required.
  • Follow all GMP practices, and food safety regulations
