Ensure the effective implementation and optimization of EPBCS.

Provide comprehensive support for users to enhance their planning and budgeting capabilities.

Facilitate continuous improvement in planning and budgeting processes.

Scope of Work

The following activities will be included in the support services :

System Assessment and Configuration

Conduct an assessment of current planning and budgeting processes to identify areas for improvement.

Configure EPBCS to align with business requirements, including planning modules, workflows, and data structures.

Ensure integration with existing financial systems for seamless data flow.

User Support and Training

Provide ongoing helpdesk support for users regarding EPBCS functionalities and processes.

Develop and deliver training sessions tailored to different user groups, focusing on best practices and system navigation.

Create user manuals and reference materials to assist users in utilizing EPBCS effectively.

Budgeting and Forecasting Support

Assist in the development and maintenance of budget models and forecasting processes within EPBCS.

Provide support for scenario planning and analysis to enhance decision-making capabilities.

Facilitate the preparation and consolidation of budgets across departments.

Reporting and Analytics

Implement reporting capabilities within EPBCS to provide insights into budgeting and planning performance.

Train users on reporting functionalities and the creation of custom reports.

Compliance and Best Practices

Ensure that EPBCS configurations comply with relevant financial regulations and organizational policies.
