Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Product Manager for Monitoring Solutions to own strategy, roadmap, and business results for building automation product lines. You will work closely with customers and engineering to drive development and profitable growth, while aligning go-to-market plans with sales and marketing objectives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, a BS degree, and strong commercial fundamentals, including pricing and positioning. Domestic travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• 5+ years in related work experience, with at least 2 years in product management.
• Strong commercial fundamentals: go-to-market, pricing, positioning, strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, roadmap, and business results for monitoring solutions.
• Collaborates with engineering to drive product development and issue resolution.
• Defines commercial strategy and expands field sales and marketing alignment.
• Partner with sales/marketing to align go-to-market with customer needs and market trends.
• Engages with customers to understand workflows, needs, and buying journeys.
• Develops product strategy documents including use cases, requirements, revenue and ROI.
