Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Product Manager for Monitoring Solutions to own strategy, roadmap, and business results for the portfolio. You will partner with engineering to drive development, define commercial strategy, and align go-to-market plans with customer needs and market trends.

In this role you will engage with customers to capture workflows and buying journeys, craft business cases with ROI, and enable sales growth through lifecycle management and competitive analysis.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in a related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in product management.
• Experience in building automation / sensing technologies preferred.
• Strong foundation in commercial fundamentals, including go-to-market, sales enablement, pricing, positioning, strategy development and understanding customer need.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and business results for Monitoring Solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to drive product development.
• Define commercial strategy including expanding field sales presence and marketing strategy.
• Align go-to-market with customer needs and market trends.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows, buying journeys, and support needs.
• Create strategy documents describing business cases, use cases, requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Drive product lifecycle: research, market analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap, launches.
• Communicate strategy across engineering, sales, digital marketing and executives.
• Assess competition and manage orders with operations as needed.
• Build relationships with distribution partners.
