First American Trust product teams develop innovative banking solutions for the real estate industry. We seek an energetic, self-motivated individual excited to work through ambiguity and deliver exceptional user experiences and value. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with business and technical teams to gather insights, understand processes, challenges, and opportunities to build and deliver advanced solutions. This role involves defining and communicating strategic platform directions and making day-to-day product development decisions, leveraging your knowledge of technology, processes, and methodologies. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, experienced in Agile, and skilled at guiding teams from design to delivery, with strong abilities in defining objectives, prioritizing features, managing timelines, and stakeholder communication.

What You'll Do:

  1. Contribute to cultivating a customer-obsessed, product-led design culture.
  2. Align stakeholders on product priorities.
  3. Drive the vision and delivery of new features supporting growth and strategy.
  4. Translate strategy into detailed requirements.
  5. Collaborate with delivery teams for quick, resource-efficient releases.
  6. Prioritize opportunities collaboratively.
  7. Define customer requirements for the entire experience.
  8. Engage with users to understand and validate needs.
  9. Conduct feedback sessions and develop success metrics.
  10. Participate in planning and guide product direction.
  11. Collaborate with customers and teams to understand needs.
  12. Assess customer behaviors, trends, and industry expectations.
  13. Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation while ensuring compliance.
  14. Develop pricing strategies to maximize financial performance.
  15. Make informed decisions on features, technical debt, and resiliency.
  16. Support testing strategies, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

What You’ll Bring

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience in product development, requirements, risk analysis, pricing, planning, and strategy.
  3. 5-7 years in product or service development.
  4. 3+ years in Agile product management.
  5. Experience with strategic partners.
  6. Knowledge of tools like Atlassian, Miro, and Planview.
  7. Experience with Commercial Treasury Management payment products.
  8. Expertise in payables and receivables.
  9. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  10. Proven success in launching new products.
  11. Experience in software/technology product management in fast-paced environments.
  12. Ability to work collaboratively with leaders to improve business effectiveness.
  13. Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge business and engineering teams.
  14. Customer-focused with experience in developing high-level requirements.
  15. Strategic, results-driven leadership with a passion for treasury management experiences.
  16. Strong ability to explain complex concepts and solve problems.
  17. Continuous learner about future treasury management needs.
  18. Ability to build relationships across teams.

Pay Range: $126,100 - $168,125 Annually

This range is an estimate at the time of posting and depends on various factors including experience, skills, and location.
