We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to elevate our FIFA Rivals mobile game through continuous improvements that enhance the player experience as well as achieve our business goals. Reporting to the Director of Product, you'll spearhead initiatives that enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization. You'll leverage your analytical mindset, free-to-play expertise, and understanding of the competitive landscape to drive results across our game economy, features, and live operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to refine product strategy and establish clear KPIs aligned with business objectives
• Develop and execute innovative live operations strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue
• Implement systematic improvements to game features and live operated systems based on market analysis, player feedback, and performance data to meet business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, art, marketing) to deliver cohesive, high-quality features and events
• Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and F2P best practices to inform roadmap prioritization and feature development
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management / system design experience in F2P mobile games
• Proven success implementing and optimizing live operations strategies
• Strong quantitative skills in business statistics, data interpretation, Excel, and data analysis tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Mastery of F2P mobile KPIs and their interrelationships
• Deep knowledge of game economies, engagement mechanics, and monetization strategies
• Exceptional communication and cross-collaboration skills; can articulate the "why" behind decisions and gain team alignment
• Proficient in project management: prioritization, risk mitigation, expectation management, and high-quality delivery
• Capable of designing experiences to shape positive player behaviors
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management / system design experience in F2P mobile games
• 2+ years experience with sports game title(s)
• Familiarity with web3 (open market) and/or digital asset trading game economies
• Comprehensive understanding and awareness of the mobile gaming industry, player motivations, and competitive landscape.
• Experience with SQL
• A passion for football (soccer) and football games
  
  

The expected base salary range for this role is based on the location where the employee's work will be performed and is aligned to one of our three compensation pay range tiers. Base pay is just one part of Mythical's total compensation package, which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their efforts and contributions. This role is also eligible to participate in Mythical's Corporate Bonus and Equity Plan.

Pay Ranges by Tier:

Tier 1: $146,000 - $201,000

Tier 2: $132,000 - $182,000

Tier 3: $117,000 - $161,000

Locations by Tier:

Tier 1 Locations: San Francisco Bay Area - California

Tier 2 Locations: Remainder of California (outside of the SF Bay Area), Washington state, Massachusetts state, New York state

Tier 3 Locations: All other states outside of California, Washington, Massachusetts, and New York

• The role is open to candidates in the following states on a remote basis: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Texas & Washington
