Job summary
Prosum seeks a Sr. Product Manager to lead a cybersecurity software portfolio spanning pre-boot authentication, full drive encryption, and centralized security management.
You'll own strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes while coordinating across engineering, regulatory teams, and commercial functions to drive growth and ensure government listings and certifications are integrated into planning.
Qualifications
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes for cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with government security certifications and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into measurable product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and multi-year roadmaps across authentication, encryption, and centralized management.
- Lead enterprise management capabilities including deployment, policy administration, key management, and reporting.
- Drive government certification strategy (NIAP/Common Criteria, CSfC, FIPS 140-3).
- Translate customer needs into prioritized requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering on requirements, tradeoffs, release plans, and security requirements.
- Partner with sales/marketing on positioning, pricing, licensing, and launches.
- Measure adoption, revenue contribution, deployment success, and certification milestones.
